Directions
The Howard Conn Fine Arts Center is located at the intersection of Franklin Avenue/(a.k.a Hw 5) and Nicollet Avenue. 

Coming North or South on 35W:
Follow Hwy 35W to Minneapolis. As you near downtown Minneapolis carefully follow the signs and take Hwy 94 heading west. Immediately, look for the Lyndale Ave exit on your right. Take Lyndale Ave heading left (south) until you reach Franklin Ave. Turn left (east) on Franklin and continue on Franklin until you reach Nicollet Ave. The parking lot and theater will be to your left. Enjoy!

 

Coming West or East on 94:
Take the Lyndale Ave exit and continue south on Lyndale Ave until you reach Franklin Ave. Turn left (east) on Franklin and continue on Franklin until you reach Nicollet Ave. The parking lot and theater will be to your left. Enjoy!

 

Coming East on 394:
Follow Hwy 394 (known as Hwy 12 in the western suburbs) east until you near downtown Minneapolis. Exit on the Dunwoody Blvd exit. Quickly you will approach Lyndale Ave. Turn right (south) on Lyndale Ave making sure to stay in the middle lane. Continue on Lyndale Ave south until you reach Franklin Ave. Turn left (east) Franklin and continue on Franklin until you reach Nicollet Ave. The parking lot and theater will be to your left. Enjoy!

Parking
Howard Conn Fine Arts Center shares a parking lot Plymouth Congregational Church and there is free parking for all GSVLOC shows. There is additional parking kitty-corner to the main lot on the southwest corner of Franklin and LaSalle. 

Wheelchair Access

Because of the current construction, wheelchair access is limited to the Nicollet Avenue entrance to the theater.
